Zoom immersive view new update
Zoom an online meeting app has introduced a new feature called immersive view this feature will give a more interesting look to simple video session/metting. With this feature meeting participants will be displayed in a virtual classroom or a meeting hall.
This feature was announced last year at zoomtopia conference and now it's available for every free or pro user of this platform. This will allow upto 25 participants to join in a virtual space. If there's more than 25 participants they are going to be displayed in a exceedingly fingernails strip on the upper side of the screen.
This feature work with the pre existing feature called virtual background but now it's upgraded. Instead of switching a flat background participants will be displayed in a immersive view.
The host can resize and move participants in that view. Also there is an option with that participants can upload their own scene if they want. Any image can be used for immersive view. For using this feature users may have an updated version of zoom desktop clint.
This feature is available in Windows and Mac OS desktop Clint. Recording of immersive view is not currently supported users which have and older version of zoom will also be able to join meeting and can see other in a gallery or speaker view other will still able to view these unsupported participants in immersive view scene with their original background. When host wants to share his screen the immersive view will end and changed in to shared screen, when screen share stops it will began again.
